Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end delivery of technology projects, ensuring alignment with scope, timelines, and quality standards.
Manage Agile squads: oversee sprint planning, backlog refinement, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
Coordinate with product owners, architects, engineers, and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure smooth execution.
Build strong relationships with public sector clients; manage expectations, governance, compliance, and stakeholder communications.
Identify risks and dependencies, maintain project health, and drive issue resolution and continuous improvement.
Job Requirement
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of overall IT experience, including project/delivery management.
- 4–5 years of experience working with public sector or government clients.
- Strong proficiency in Agile methodologies and team leadership (Scrum/Kanban).
- Ability to manage cross-functional teams across any technology stack.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and risk management skills.
- SaaS/cloud delivery experience is good to have, not mandatory.
- Preferred certifications: CSM, PMI-ACP, PMP.
