PLC Operator

Job Description

Maintain and operate Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC) with I/O modules.
Monitor and troubleshoot communication links to ensure seamless data transmission.
Operate and maintain Human-Machine Interfaces (HMI) on mobile devices, tablets, and touchscreens.
Manage and troubleshoot network switches and wireless access points for connectivity.
Ensure proper functioning of Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) systems and other power supply units.
Conduct inspections and maintenance of EIC, LCP, and RIO panel components.
Maintain and optimize data communication networks for efficient operations.
Ensure antivirus software and cybersecurity measures are updated and enforced.
Maintain and calibrate instrumentation, actuators, analyzers, and gas leakage detection systems.
Perform periodic system checks, preventive maintenance, and necessary repairs.
Work collaboratively with the engineering and maintenance teams to resolve system issues.
