Job Description

Pastoral Care Officer (Full-time)

– One-on-One Support: Serve as a dedicated befriender and

mentor to Higher Needs Students (HNS).

– Motivational Talks: Plan and conduct motivational talks to inspire

students and build resilience, drawing on personal experiences,

where appropriate.

– Physical Activity: Lead and facilitate simple, age-appropriate

physical exercises or light physical activities with students to

promote mental and physical well-being.

– Homework Care: Monitors and ensures completion of homework.
