Job Description
The services required are set out as follows:
1. One-on-One Support: Serve as a dedicated befriender and
mentor to Higher Needs Students (HNS).
2. Motivational Talks: Plan and conduct motivational talks to inspire
students and build resilience, drawing on personal experiences,
where appropriate.
3. Physical Activity: Lead and facilitate simple, age-appropriate
physical exercises or light physical activities with students to
promote mental and physical well-being.
4. Learning Journeys: Serve as a Teacher Chaperone for after-
school learning journeys. Administrative duties such as bus
bookings, procurement, etc. are not required.
5. Homework Care: Monitors and ensures completion of homework.
6. Home Visits: Conduct home visits as required, in coordination with
school’s Student Welfare Officer (SWO), to engage
parents/guardians and better understand the student’s home
environment and support needs.
