Job Description & Requirements
The Services required are set out as follows:

1.Be involved in the case management team (CMT) meetings/ operations to give feedback and updates on pupils (within the limits of confidentiality)

2.Conduct one-to-one counselling sessions for pupils who require counselling support.

3.Keep clear and up-to-date records of cases under monitoring (monthly reports for critical cases).

4.Work closely with SDT, CMT and teachers to support the emotional well-being of the pupils under his/ her guidance.

5.Manage cases as designated by Year Heads and Discipline Mistress

6.Conference with staff, parents and external professionals on students under his/her guidance

7.Look into the referral of students and their families to community resources or external professionals when needed and work with external agencies to support the child
