Job Description
Responsibilities
To Manage and exercise effective command and control of the Wardens and ensure all Key Performance Indicators meet the Authority’s requirements;
To Monitor the enforcement action in response to all complaints received from members of the public via the Authority’s parking enforcement hotline, OneService or LifeSG app;
To supervise the patrol officer taking enforcement action against illegally parked vehicles at locations, enforcement action against heavy vehicles parking outside their designated parking spaces
Job Requirement
Requirements:
- Strong leadership and communication skills, and familiarity with parking regulations and software.
- Relevant experience in managing administration, Operations management, preferably in the transport industry
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Team Player
