Job Description

Responsibilities

To support in developing and implementing code compliant anti-doping rules and programmes.
Collate the Risk Assessment and Test Distribution Plan of member countries using the Testing Grant to perform a basic review., Coordinating the logistics, administration
Co-ordinate with International Federations, International Testing Agency and other agencies when tests are requested.
Complete all post mission requirements, including entry of Doping Control Forms in Anti-Doping Administration & Management System , monitoring lab results etc
To assist to develop and strengthen anti-doping expertise.
Assist in all administration and logistics aspects of organizing workshops, seminars,webinars, meetings including the creation of specific manuals etc.
Support Director-General in assisting members on matters pertaining to code compliance, governance, etc.
Assist in the update of website, Facebook and Instagram with latest news; maintenance of admin account.
Assist in other operational administrative matters

Job Requirement

Bachelor’s Degree in the fields of Sport Science and Management, Health, Social Science and/or Business Administration or equivalent.
English verbal and written communication skills;
Organizational skills, attention to detail, project management skills, time management skills, ability to set and manage multiple priorities, ability to give presentations, ability to independently produce final products/value added results.
Proficient with standard computer software applications (Microsoft Office platform such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint), email communications and internet research. Proficiency in other program applications will be advantageous.
