Job Description
• Front Desk/Reception: Answering phone calls, greeting visitors,
handling incoming/outgoing mail, and managing front-desk operations
(including attending to student requests).
• Printing Duties: Photocopying, binding, laminating, collating
documents, and printing materials (such as school worksheets, exam
papers, or company reports).
• Office Administration: Maintaining stock of printing consumables
(paper, toner), keeping the printing area tidy, and providing general
clerical support.
• Operation: Providing logistical support for school events and activities.
• Any other assigned duties by the school
