Job Description & Requirements
The Services required are set out as follows:
1) Cleaning and tidying of college areas:
– General Office
– HOD Room
– Staff Room
– Meeting Rooms
– Staff Pantries
– Lift Lobby and
– Toilets
2) Hostel:
– To escort contractor (ad-hoc or term) to respective locations for
repair and maintenance
– To check for any common area defects
– To carry out gardening works, Eg. water potted plants
– To carry out cleaning works for rooms, including preparing bedlinens for new ad-hoc check-in
– To carry out cleaning works for common area, Eg. wet area, lift
lobby, office, meeting room, toilet, empty recycle bins (NEA bluboxes) etc
– – To store keep the luggage room, such as bed linens, tools and
spare parts for ad-hoc repairs
– General maintenance such as changing of filter for air purifier,
maintenance and replacement of vacuum cleaner bags etc
3) Any other duties as assigned by Officer-in-charge
