Operation Manager (Healthcare Operations)
Job Description
Responsibilities:
Oversee the daily operations of healthcare support staff (e.g., Health Attendants, Mortuary Attendants, Emergency Medical Technicians).
Manage manpower deployment, rostering, attendance tracking, and leave coverage.
Act as the main liaison between the company, hospital management, and on-site supervisors.
Ensure compliance with service KPIs, infection control standards, and safety policies.
Prepare operational reports and coordinate audits or site inspections.
Lead and motivate a diverse team to maintain service quality and professionalism.
Handle incident investigations, staff grievances, and performance evaluations.
Job Requirement
Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in Health Sciences, Operations Management, or Business Administration.
At least 3–5 years of experience in healthcare, environmental services, or facilities management.
Strong leadership and people management skills.
Good understanding of hospital operations, infection control, and staff deployment.
Able to work independently, handle emergencies, and communicate effectively with hospital personnel.
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
