Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
Perform inspections of nursing homes of varying capacities (≤50 beds and >50 beds).
Ensure compliance with health, safety, staffing, and care delivery standards.
Document findings and participate in feedback sessions with stakeholders.
Job Requirement
Requirements:
Recognized clinical qualification and licensure in Singapore.
At least 5 years' experience in aged care or nursing home operations.
Previous involvement in audit or regulatory inspections strongly preferred.
Excellent observation, reporting, and communication skills.
