Job Description
- Position: Microsoft Solution Consultant
- Duration:1 Year (Renewable)
- Location- Clementi
- Working Hours: 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM
- Key Responsibilities:
- Create and manage user accounts and groups for staff, students, and associates
Perform daily administration of Microsoft 365 services and on-premise Windows servers
Support onboarding/offboarding processes
Perform basic troubleshooting and escalate complex issues
Assist in Microsoft platform upgrades, patching, and change management activities
Work with other CITS teams to support project and operational deliverables
Job Requirement
- Experience supporting enterprise Microsoft environments
Proficiency in Microsoft 365 Admin Center, Entra ID (Azure AD), and Exchange Admin Center
Familiar with Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, and Windows Server roles
Able to follow ITIL processes for incident, change, and problem management
Good communication and documentation skills
