M&E Engineer (Electrical Design – Infrastructure & Buildings)
Job Description
Responsibilities
Project manage infrastructure and buildings projects within new estate divisions
Managing project budgets, schedule and resources
Coordinating with team members and stakeholders as part of the design interface
Assist in preparing development paper submissions as part of the funding approval process
Identify potential construction related issues or /and contractual disputes and provide appropriate solution, ensure a quality tender documents with all necessary requirements,
Resolve technical and design issues with consultants and contractors
Job Requirement
Requirements
Background in Electrical Engineering or Architecture, relevant working experience in developer, consultant or contractor firms.
Is a team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills
