Job Description
(1) session per month, at four (4) hours per session
($160 – $240)
Responsibilities
Conduct nutritional assessments to identify residents’ dietary needs.
Develop and implement individualized nutrition care plans.
Monitor residents’ food intake and overall nutritional status.
Plan and review personalized meal plans for elderly residents.
Work with doctors, nurses, and care staff to support residents’ health.
Provide nutrition advice to residents, families, and staff.
Ensure meals meet safety, hygiene, and quality standards.
Review and update care plans regularly based on residents’ condition.
Maintain accurate documentation and reports on nutrition care.
Job Requirement
Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition and Dietetics and recognized by Nutrition and Dietetics Association
Have a minimum of three (3) years’ experience delivering care in a nursing home, long-term care, or equivalent residential setting.
