Job Description & Requirements
Retrieve/shelve and stocktake records in the repository, with accompanying NLB staff.
Assist in the processing of records for the inventorisation and verify the records against their listings.
Annotate the listings incase of discrepancies. Where listings are unavailable, type listings.
Affix barcode labels on the records and/or their boxes.
Enter the record metadata and scan barcode numbers in the softcopy inventorisation template.
Identify and indicate errors in the data entered in the inventorisation templates.
