Job Description
Design and deliver training modules for Library Coordinators and MOE HQ staff.
Develop and update learning materials on library programming, reading culture, collection analysis, and more.
Conduct face-to-face and online sessions; coordinate logistics and training feedback.
Oversee a team of trainers and ensure high standards in adult learning delivery.
Job Requirement
Master’s in Information Studies / Library Science (mandatory).
Advanced Certificate in Learning & Performance (ACLP) or equivalent.
Min. 5 years of experience in a library setting, with preferably 5 years in training delivery.
Excellent communication and facilitation skills in English.
Ability to design content tailored to primary, secondary, and HQ educator needs.
