Job Description

The Services required are set out as follows:

• Daily cleaning and maintenance of Kitchen 1 and Kitchen 2 at Level

2 (general floor area, kitchen tops, tabletops, kitchen appliances and

equipment) at 2A Margaret Drive, Singapore 149295.

• Preparation of relevant kitchen appliances and equipment for the

Nutrition and Food Science practical lessons and examinations.

• Preparation of raw materials and ingredients for the Nutrition and

Food Science practical lessons and examinations.

• Maintain and track fixed assets and non-expandable high-risk

inventories in Kitchen 1 and Kitchen 2.

• Perform general office duties during school holidays

• Perform any other assigned duties assigned from time to time, when

required.
