IT Network Support Engineer (Infrastructure)
Job Description
To support the daily network operations and support (Types of Support: Phone, Email, Remote and On-site)
Coordinating and handling network incidents and maintenance support (including HQ and remote office operations).
Processing firewall change requests.
Reviewing and housekeeping the VPN and firewall rules.
Coordinating with third parties (e.g. Telcos, Contractors) on site-survey, installations
Installing and configuring network equipment.
Coordinating with vendor for LAN rooms cleaning,Network Cablings
Job Requirement
At least 3 years’ experience in Network Infrastructure Operations/Projects.
Professional certification(s) in Network Infrastructure.
