Job Description

Job Responsibility

The Candidate will be responsible to ensure all the applications systems remain in good working order.
The Candidate is expected to take on support of new application systems when they become operational.
The Candidate will respond to production emergencies in a timely manner based on Client’s Service Levels . This includes bringing up the server (in a crash) or system processes, fixing problems or finding workarounds.
The Candidate is expected to diligently perform routine checks and to escalate to the Project Manager should any anomaly be detected. The Candidate should show the initiative to alert and troubleshoot together with other system engineers, database administrator (DBA) and outsourced vendors.
The Candidate is expected to follow through every issue / problem to closure, and complete the necessary documentation as required by the Client.
The Candidate will assist users and answer queries regarding the supported operational systems.
The Candidate is expected to interface with the helpdesk agents, end-users, integrated applications support teams and external vendors during application support and problem resolution.
The Candidate is expected to be on standby support on off-office-hours / weekends / public holidays when needed such as during scheduled maintenance, system crash or system upgrade exercise.
Besides application support, the Candidate is also expected to document changes/enhancements that arise from service requests. The Candidate will follow the client’s technical standards and update the necessary documentation.
The candidate shall report to the Project Manager in tracking and managing the project timelines and resources that he/she has been assigned to undertake.
The Candidate shall be able to work independently with minimum supervision. He/She shall also work effectively as a team member among the system support and application development teams.

Job Requirement

The Candidate shall possess at least a Bachelor Degree in Information Technology (IT), Computer Science or equivalent.
The Candidate shall have at least FIVE (5) years of working experience in the IT or Infocomm industry, with exposure to end-to-end software development lifecycle (SDLC), especially on operational support and maintenance.
The Candidate shall have at least FIVE (5) years of experience in analysis, design and integration for integrated systems, including developing file interfaces.
The Candidate shall have at least THREE (3) years of experience in designing, developing, customizing and maintaining SharePoint applications on SharePoint Server 2019 or above. This shall include administrating/maintaining SharePoint Farms and related services such as user profile synchronization and search services.
The Candidate shall have at least THREE (3) years of experience in Microsoft SQL Server and developing solutions which involve relational database schema design and writing optimized SQL queries/stored procedures.
The Candidate shall have at least THREE (3) years of experience in Microsoft SSRS 2019 or above and management of reporting servers / services.
The Candidate shall have at least TWO (2) years of experience in Nintex Automation K2 Workflow. This shall include administrating/maintaining/installing/upgrading K2 / Nintex platform or above in a multi-domain environment.
The Candidate shall have at least TWO (2) year of working experience in Cloud Technologies e.g. AWS cloud technologies, such as EC2, Secret Manager, S3, FSx, and RDS.
The Candidate shall have at least TWO (2) years of support and maintenance experience and be proficient in:
Requirements and impact analysis, including evaluating and recommending feasible technical implementations;
IT operational support, including incident management, defect tracking, source code version control, release management, deployment to Production; and
Project management support, including maintaining issue log and change control records, documenting operational procedures/guides, coordinating with users etc.
The Candidate is to have at least THREE (3) years of experience in development and maintenance support on the technical skill sets: ASP .NET, C# .NET, JavaScript, AJAX, HTML/HTML 5, CSS, JQuery, XML, BOOTSTRAP
The Candidate is to have at least TWO (2) years of experience in customizing Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM 9.1 or higher. This shall also include administrating/maintaining Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Servers and related services; and integrating MS Dynamics 365 with application mailbox.
The Candidate is to have at least THREE (3) years of experience in development and maintenance support on the technical skill sets: Web Services development and integration using SOAP and/or REST based web services
The Candidate is to have at least THREE (3) years of experience in development and maintenance support on the technical skill sets:Framework including .Net Core and MVC
The Candidate is to have work experience in analytical tools, preferably Splunk.
The Candidate is to have work experience in IT Service Management tools, preferably Helix BMC / ServiceNow.
The Candidate is to have work experience in Source Code Management tools, preferably TFS or SVN.
The Candidate is to have at least ONE (1) year of working experience with integrating applications with any identity and access management solutions, such as Central Authentication Service, OKTA, Azure AD.
The Candidate is to have at least THREE (3) years of experience and working knowledge of Microsoft Windows Servers and PowerShell scripting to automate system tasks, such as batch processing.
The Candidate is to have a working experience in government agency environment in the past TWO (2) years with exposure to IM8, WOGAA, Digital Service Standards, and/or other Singapore government security policies compliance requirements
