1. To carry out general duties such as
▫ Assist in the proper upkeep of InfoComm Technology (ICT) /
Audio-Visual (AV) / Public Address (PA) Devices that includes
conducting termly checks on devices
▫ Support daily ICT/ AV/ PA operations in school such as pushing
iPad carts to classes and setting up the devices for school
activities.
2. To assist in designing school’s promotional resources, media
production, and photo-taking
3. To assist in planning and conducting Digital Literacy (eg. Touch
Typing, MS Office, Google Suite and Video Creation) and basic
coding (eg. Vex Robot, Scratch) trainings for all Students
Job Requirement
Requirement
* At least 1 year of ICT Training experience preferably in schools
* At least a Diploma in ICT-related or Media-Production related courses
* Proficient in using Picture Editing and Design Applications such as
photoshop and illustrator
* Proficient in Phototaking and Video Editing Applications
* Proficient in MS Office
* Posess good interpersonal skills and a collaborative team player
* Good communication skills and comfortable engaging stakeholders
* Able to multitask with good time management
