Responsibilities
Source for tech talents using various channels & platforms.
Be the point of contact for the different recruitment stages.
Plan, organise and participate in recruitment drives (Career Fairs, Tech Talks, Uni and Poly Events, etc.).
Partner Universities and Polytechnics in providing internship opportunities for students.
Work closely with hiring managers to fulfil both hiring needs and bringing in quality tech talents
Support recruitment team to collect and analyse data that is useful for strategic planning
Job Requirement
Requirements
Have experience in hiring tech talents (Eg: Software Engineers, Data Scientist, Data Engineers, UI/UX Designers, Cybersecurity Specialists, Project Managers, etc).
Enjoy speaking to candidates and add value to candidate’s impression of the Job offers and organization.
Work independently but also a great team player.
Believe in data driven results.
Have a creative and innovative mindset to think of different ways to improve our recruitment approaches, processes, and strategies.
