Job Description
The Services required are set out as follows:
• Support the 6-years ICT Curriculum planned out for the students in the
capacity of an ICT Executive
• Management of ICT computing devices
• Managing of school website and Social Media Platforms (Instagram
and Facebook page)
• Managing Public Messaging System
• Managing room bookings / loans / service request system
• Administration of school’s Print+ service
• Tracking of loan of ICT computing devices to students
• Inventory updates during term breaks
• Stock taking during term breaks
• Oversee the operation of e-learning events
• Monitor the processes and document loan records of computing
devices to students
• Provide support for students / parents on use of the MOE ICT systems
• Oversees and operates AV equipment to provide technical support
services for school events
• Provide in-class support for ICT-integrated programmes
• Support teachers in the development of resources for the school
portal.
• Assist teachers in carrying out ICT lessons or any other ICT related
duties assigned by Principal, Vice-Principal and HOD ICT.
• Provide AV support as required by the school.
• Provide Photography / Videography support for school events when
required
• Design and create poster / banner when required
• Provide Multimedia support for teachers
• Working hours is subjected to change based on school needs and
programmes. Where the ICT Executive is required to report earlier for
work, the school will make the necessary adjustment to the ICT
Executive’s working hours accordingly. Working hours may be
affected at least once a Term.
