Job Description
The Services required are set out as follows:
ICT Support and Services
Assist the ICT Manager in the management of school-owned and
student-owned ICT devices, including asset loan & return, apps
installation and basic troubleshooting & device restoration.
Assist in supervising Desktop Engineers (DEs) to provide technical
support and advice to staff and students, including laptop issues,
resetting of passwords, etc.
Support the procurement of ICT equipment and liaison with external
vendors.
Support the management of ICT-related accounts and password
reset matters.
Support HOD/ICT and ICT Manager in the updating of the official
School Website
AV Support and Services
Work closely and coordinate with HOD/ICT, ICT Manager and
external vendors for procurement, installation and maintenance of
AV equipment.
Manage the operation and maintenance of equipment in the Media
Studio, as well as support the running of programmes in the studio.
Conduct stock-take quarterly for AV equipment in the school and
report loss or damages to HOD/ICT and ICT Manager.
Help teachers set up or troubleshoot AV equipment for all teaching
and learning purposes.
Provide AV support for face-to-face and virtual school events and
activities, including Speech Day, CNY concert, Parent-Teacher
Conferences, weekly assemblies etc.
Assist teachers-in-charge of the Media Club CCA in logistical and
technical matters.
Manage and update the TV Messaging System.
Take photos of new staff and students, and during school events
when necessary. Assist with the editing and processing of the photos
for publication.
ICT Education
Conduct training for students on ICT tools related to the school’s
Digital Education Programme.
Conduct training for teachers on use of ICT devices and apps.
Additional Duties
Duties listed above are not exhaustive and candidate will be required to
perform any other ICT-related duties as assigned by the School Leaders,
HOD/ICT, SH/Digital Learning and ICT Manager.
