Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee end-to-end HR operations for personnel deployed under the project
Manage recruitment, onboarding, deployment, and exit processes for service personnel
Ensure compliance with employment laws, regulations, and contract requirements
Handle employee relations matters including performance management, discipline, and grievances
Coordinate manpower planning in support of project schedules and operational needs
Ensure compliance with Progressive Wage Model (PWM), PW Mark requirements, and related declarations
Maintain accurate employee records, documentation, and reporting
Liaise with project management and operations teams to address manpower and HR issues
Support audits, inspections, and reporting requirements as required by the client or authorities
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures aligned with the project and company standards
Job Requirement
Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field
Minimum 3–5 years of HR management experience, preferably in:
Manpower services
Outsourced services
Facilities, IT support, or public sector projects
Strong knowledge of Singapore employment legislation and HR best practices
Experience handling large or multi-site workforces is an advantage
Familiarity with Progressive Wage Model (PWM) and PW Mark requirements is highly preferred
Strong organisational, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple stakeholders
Good written and verbal communication skills
