This includes fostering inclusion, positive peer interactions, and a stronger sense of belonging to the school. The officer also conducts proactive patrolling to identify and engage students who may need additional support.

The officer engages parents and guardians as key partners in supporting their child’s development and behaviour. Regular case reviews are conducted with the HOD Student Management and relevant school staff. Where a student’s needs exceed the school’s capacity, the officer supports the referral process to external agencies such as the Family Service Centre (FSC), Ministry of Social and Family Development (MSF), or other relevant community partners, in coordination with the School Counsellor (SC) or Student Welfare Officer (SWO).
