Job Description & Requirements1. Front-line Duties – Handling of telephone calls and walk-in enquiries
2. To provide logistical support for school events and functions
3. To perform general administrative duties which include preparation and
verification of documents, as well as filing
4. Dissemination of information to school’s staff and students if necessary
5. Assist with Customer Relationships Management in the areas of data entry
and other necessary administrative matters related to CRM
6. Maintain cleanliness of the General Office
7. Attend to goods delivery (to check quantity delivered and inform Good
Receipt Officer or Admin Staff)
8. Attend to students leaving school early
9. Handle basic first-aid, attend to students who are unwell, and contact parents
where necessary
10. Any other duties assigned by the school such as printing
