Front Desk Operation
* Answer incoming calls and direct calls to the relevant parties
* Take down messages and convey messages to the relevant parties
concerned
* Man reception area and attend to school visitors
* Maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of the school’s reception area
* Assist the administration of security procedures i.e. sign-in / out for
visitors
* Assist in collating the class registers and students’ attendance.
* Prepare the meeting rooms prior to meeting
* Receive and direct visitors to meeting room
* Arrange for refreshment if required
Other Administrative Duties
* Assist in issuing of class registers to the students or teachers
* Assist other school staff in collating non-confidential information and
filing of non-confidential documents.
