1. Conveying messages to the parents and staff in the school.
Data entry
2. Recording late coming of students.
3. Recording loan of uniforms to students
Updating of daily staff absence data
4. Record the daily student report sick data in the log books
Receiving and registering documents
5. Receive and register documents in the front office.
Sorting and storing of files
6. Sort out and keep the daily files at the office counter.
Any adhoc duties tasked by the school leaders and Admin staff
