Job Description
The Services required are set out as follows:
– Ordering of food ingredients;
– Preparing ingredients for practical lessons and practical
examinations;
– Sourcing for recipes for teachers;
– Cleaning of 2 kitchens, 1 needlework room and 1 preparation room;
– Washing of linen;
– Checking of equipment for condemning and repair;
– Simple maintenance and repair of equipment;
– Stock take of ingredients;
– Preliminary checking of delivery against invoice before submitting to
teacher-in-charge;
– Assist in the preliminary maintenance of loans and damage records ,
before submitting to teacher-in-charge
– Where necessary, assist teacher in checking of equipment and
cleanliness after practical lessons;
– Any other duties assigned by the subject teachers and School
Management.
