Job Description

Responsibilities

Reviews financial health of tenderers through analysis of financial statements and key performance indicators.
Performs cash management activities including preparation of short-term cash flow projections and review of cash commitments for submission to Accountant General Department.
Manages banking relationships and use of banking products/ services.
Executes trade processing duties including review of trades and bond-related transactions for proper approvals prior to payment.
Reviews internal regulations, policies and enhance the financial governance framework.
Supports digitalisation initiatives through data analytics and visualisation using tools like Python and Tableau.
