Job Description
Manage user access and permissions for all associated systems
Raise ticketing requests through Service Management Tool (SMT), or equivalent, for addition, modification, or removal of users, system enhancement requests, configuration changes, technical issues
Respond or update status to all user enquiries related to account access, system functions, configuration issues, or general platform usage, and provide preliminary troubleshooting of issues, such as form configuration, faced by users
Conduct periodic check of system configurations to ensure ongoing compliance and performance.
Identify and flag issues in data usage, system performance, training and Update Communications
Email Account Management, Support the production, maintenance, and regular updating of documentation
System configuration changes for audit, reference, and performance tracking purposes
Job Requirement
Diploma or higher qualification in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, Project Management
or O-Levels with four (4) years or more of directly relevant working experience related field in system administration, database management, user support, digital platform management, or related technical roles, with experience in Common Data Environment (CDE) administration and access management; or
Proficiency in scripting languages (PowerShell, Python, Shell scripting) and advanced Excel skills including data merging, macros, and automation
Knowledge of identity and access management principles
Experience with Active Directory and identity management tools
Understanding of security compliance requirements
ITIL foundation certification (advantageous but not mandatory)
