Key Responsibilities
Manage and supervise estate maintenance operations
Oversee conservancy works, cleaning services, landscaping, and contractors
Handle resident/stakeholder enquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally
Conduct site inspections, identify defects and ensure timely rectification
Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance works
Monitor service providers’ performance and ensure compliance with standards
Support planning, budgeting and reporting activities
Prepare and submit operational reports and documentation
Liaise with authorities, vendors and internal departments on estate matters
Job Requirement
Requirements
- Diploma / Degree in Estate Management, Facilities Management or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in estate or property management
- Strong understanding of maintenance coordination, vendor management & site supervision
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work independently, solve problems, and manage multiple tasks
- Proficient in MS Office and basic reporting
