DevOps / UiPath Infrastructure Engineer
Job Description
Responsibilities
Maintain and operate both Non-Production and Production UiPath Automation Suite environments on GDC3, built on Kubernetes multi-node HA architecture with NUTANIX servers.
Perform regular infrastructure hardening, OS /component patching, and vulnerability remediation within stipulated SLAs(Critical/High: 30 calendar days; Medium/Low: 60 calendar days).
Set up and maintain a Staging environment for major UiPath version upgrade testing before rollout to Non-Production and Production environments.
Execute annual UiPath Automation Suite major version upgrades including pre-deployment testing (unit, functional, SIT, performance, load, failover, operational readiness) and post-upgrade validation.
Conduct and support monthly / ad-hoc infrastructure and server patching exercises including standby onsite support.
Manage Kubernetes cluster operations: node management, pod health monitoring, cluster upgrades, and resource optimisation.
Monitor platform health using integrated tools(Grafana, Kubernetes dashboards) and produce monthly reports on resource utilisation, performance, and storage.
Configure and maintain WOG Active Directory (ADFS)integration using SAML 2.0 for SSO; support Central Accounts Management (CAM)integration for access control.
Deploy and renew WOG-signed SSL/TLS certificates for HTTPS communication across the Platform.
Ensure platform compatibility with government-standard browsers (Microsoft Edge Chromium, Google Chrome) and OS environments.
Configure and maintain firewall rules, GPO whitelisting, network design, and system hardening as part of government infrastructure onboarding.
Implement and test the IT Disaster Recovery (IT-DR) and Business Continuity Plan (BCP) including alternate hosting (GCC+) as DR site.
Support and drive the Platform migration to Government Commercial Cloud (GCC+) with Confidential / Sensitive High data classification compliance
Conduct annual backup and recovery exercises to validate backup integrity and restoration procedures.
Engage and coordinate with independent parties for VAPT/ SSAT; support remediation of all security findings within SLA.
Manage platform access controls: suspend redundant user accounts inactive for 90 days; remove within 5 working days of review and confirmation.
Job Requirement
Minimum 3 years of experience in DevOps, infrastructure engineering, or platform operations.
Hands-on experience with Kubernetes cluster management(deployment, monitoring, upgrades, troubleshooting) – mandatory.
Experience deploying and maintaining UiPath Automation Suite on Kubernetes or equivalent enterprise RPA platform infrastructure.
Proficiency with Linux server administration, OS hardening, and patch management lifecycle.
Experience with ADFS / SAML 2.0 SSO configuration and Active Directory integration.
Experience with SSL/TLS certificate management and network security controls (firewall, GPO).
Ability to work in a Government Data Centre environment and comply with government ICT security and data classification requirements.
Technical Skills
Kubernetes – cluster operations, Helm charts, pod/node management, rolling upgrades, HA configuration.
UiPath Automation Suite – infrastructure installation, upgrade, configuration, and monitoring.
Monitoring tools – Grafana, Prometheus, or equivalent observability stacks.
NUTANIX or equivalent hyperconverged infrastructure(HCI) – preferred.
CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure-as-code (Ansible, Terraform, or equivalent).
Government Cloud infrastructure (GCC / GCC+)networking, security groups, and compliance frameworks.
Windows Server and Linux OS (RHEL / Ubuntu)administration and hardening.
Backup and recovery tools; IT-DR configuration and testing.
Network security: firewall rules, GPO, VLAN segmentation, and proxy configuration.
Good to Have
Prior experience supporting Singapore Government /public sector platform infrastructure projects.
Experience with GCC+ (Government Commercial Cloud)migration or deployment, including Confidential / Sensitive High data classification environments.
Familiarity with government ICT security standards, IM8compliance, and VAPT / SSAT frameworks.
UiPath Automation Suite Specialist or infrastructure-related UiPath certification.
Exposure to NUTANIX AHV / vSphere virtualisation environments.
Knowledge of CAM (Central Accounts Management)integration or WOG identity and access management systems
