Job Description

Key Responsibilities
Open and close the facility daily according to operating schedule.
Man the service counter and provide front-line customer service support.
Handle walk-in and phone enquiries professionally within service guidelines.
Manage facility bookings via online and/or manual booking process.
Ensure all areas are set up and ready before each booking session and before daily operations.
Monitor facility usage and maintain orderly conduct within the premises.
Conduct routine cleanliness checks and coordinate follow-up with the cleaning party.
Ensure furniture and facility property are not shifted improperly or removed from the premises.
Perform end-of-day shutdown checks (secure doors, switch off lights and air-conditioning).
Report faults, damages, incidents, and operational issues promptly through approved channels.

Job Requirement

Qualifications / Requirements

  1. Minimum GCE ‘N’/‘O’ LevelNITEC/Higher NITEC, or equivalent qualification.
  2. At least 1 year experience in customer service, facilities operations, or front desk support (preferred).
  3. Able to communicate clearly in English; additional languages are an advantage.
  4. Basic administrative skills (record-keeping, booking logs, simple reporting).
  5. Comfortable using computer systems for bookings and email/online forms.
  6. Service-oriented with professional and polite interpersonal skills.
  7. Able to work independently, with good time management and reliability.
  8. Physically fit to walk the facility, conduct checks, and support simple setup tasks.
  9. Able to work rotating shifts / extended hours including Saturdays when required.
  10. Safety-conscious, observant, and able to escalate issues promptly and accurately
