Job Description
Responsibilities:
Perform counter duties and housekeeping in accordance with standard operating procedures
Attend to customer feedback via Customer Management System
Answer or redirect enquiries over telephone or walk-in enquiries at the Gate or counter
Provide assistance and information to all visitors
Offer and provide visitor amenities
Identify and resolve on-ground incidents and facility faults
Perform visitor registration
Job Requirement
Requirements
Comfortable with companion animals (e.g., Dog, Cat, Bird, Guinea Pig, Hamsters, Rabbits, Rodents etc)
Conversant in mother tongue (e.g., Malay, Tamil or Chinese) preferred.
Possess at least three (3) passes in the GCE ‘O’ Level certificate with a credit in English Language or equivalent (e.g., Higher Nitec in Business Administrative certificate).
Be proficient in both written and spoken English. Basic IT skills such as using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc).
