Job Description
To manage feedback received on alleged TCASA offences via specific hotlines and email addresses
Shall respond to the feedback and assign enforcement teams for follow up.
On social media platforms and keywords provided by the Authority.
Compile reports for review when peddlers have been identified for follow up
Shift pattern :2 Days work , 2 Days off basis (10.00 AM to 10.00 PM / 10.00 PM to 10.00 AM )
Ability to communicate in Mandarin is an advantage due to the need to assist Mandarin-speaking members of the public.
