Clinical Supervisor(Youth Supervision)
Job Description
Creating a safe environment for caseworkers to share experiences, reflect on practice, discuss strategies and promote peer-learning to enhance their skills in working with offenders and vulnerable youth;
Developing caseworkers’ reflexive skills to enhance self-awareness regarding their practice, perceptions, and actions;
Guiding caseworkers in navigating ethical dilemmas, ensuring adherence to professional standards, and fostering their professional identities and confidence; and
Discussing self-care strategies to address work-related stressors experienced by caseworkers.
Job Requirement
At least a Master’s degree in Counselling, Psychology, Social Work or relevant disciplines;
A relevant post-graduate qualification leading to a professional certification in clinical supervision;
Has held roles in direct case management or counselling in the past 10 years
At least 250 hours of working experience in providing clinical supervision to practicing professionals in the social service sector or public health sector for the past 5 years
