Cleaning Supervisor Audit

Job Description

•        Environmental Quality Audit, that comprises of:

•        100% of the following inspection units: entrance and lobby, lift cars, planter boxes and containers, porches, pavement, aprons, sidewalks, external game courts, carpark, driveway, hard standing, loading and unloading bay, field, gardens, side tables, bin centre / bin chute

•        50% of the following inspection units: classrooms, lecture halls, auditoriums, laboratories, offices, staff rooms, special rooms, rooftop, common staircase / landings / steps / common areas, toilets, external compound and handrails.

•        During each Environmental Quality Audit, representatives from the appointed Integrated Facilities Management Company (“IFMC”) shall be present.

•        Need to follow up of Environmental Quality Audit findings, gaps identified and recommendations till close out.

•        shall ensure consistent remarks, comments and assessment standard for all sites during the Environmental Quality Audit in the Environmental Quality Audit report.
sign off the Cleaning Audit Forms electronically on behalf of the Authority after an Environmental Quality Audit has been carried out at the site.
