Case worker (Preschool Children)

Job Description

Responsibilities

Engage the families on the importance of preschool, and advice on the various support schemes available;
Locate vacancies at preschools that are affordable, accessible and meets family’s preschool needs;
Accompany and assist parent for registration at the preschool and the application for financial assistance if required;
Engage families to understand their needs and assist to address all barriers to child’s preschool enrolment;
To support the family with Casework visits until the child is enrolled into preschool, which is confirmed by a preschool enrolment date.
