Job Description & RequirementsManage calls by other government agencies and provide correct advice in accordance to the Tobacco and Vaporisers Control Act 1993(TVCA).
Manage enquiries/ feedback on Tobacco and Vaping related offences by member of public via call and email .
Case reporting to Duty Manager for the follow-up on team deployment .
Any administrative tasking as assigned by the Service Quality Manager.
Timing : 10.00 AM to 10.00 PM / 10.00 PM to 10.00 AM
Working Days : 2 Days work , 2 Days off basis
