Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

Identify and develop new IT business opportunities within the private and banking sectors.
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients, including key decision-makers.
Conduct client meetings to understand their IT requirements and present tailored solutions.
Prepare and deliver professional presentations, proposals, and quotations to clients.
Negotiate contracts, finalize agreements, and establish long-term partnerships.
Collaborate with account managers to ensure successful project execution, including manpower provision and progress monitoring.
Conduct regular progress meetings with clients and internal teams to ensure alignment and satisfaction.
Research market trends, competitors, and client needs to develop effective growth strategies.
Maintain accurate records of business activities and performance in CRM systems.
Provide detailed sales performance reports and strategic insights to senior management.

Job Requirement

Job Requirement:

  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, Marketing, or related fields.
  • At least 5 years of experience in IT sales or business development, preferably in private or banking sectors.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proven ability to close deals and achieve business growth targets.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
