Job Description
Develop application evaluation module with eligibility assessment tools, project evaluation framework (problem statements, milestones, costs, benefits), and standardized scoring templates with collaborative review features
Develop analytics capabilities to generate insights on FinTech investment trends, funding patterns, company characteristics, and FinTech landscape
Conduct requirements gathering, process mapping, and deliver knowledge transfer to Innovation Acceleration Office
Job Requirement
Experience:
3–5 years of experience as a Business Analystor similar role
Experience working on projects (gathering requirements, building solutions)
Exposure to data analysis or reporting work
Skills needed:
Basic data analysis (Excel, SQL, or similar tools)
Ability to understand and map business processes
analysis skills, communication, experience in similar work
Clear communication (to talk to users and stakeholders)
Some knowledge of FinTech or finance (good to have, not always required)
Experience with tools like dashboards or reporting (e.g., Power BI, Tableau is a plus)
