Support primarily Client’s Student Information Management System functions
Operations, Enhancements
Testing and Documentation
User Engagement
Data Analysis
Vendor Engagement
Assist in other IT activities (with gained domain knowledge and experience)
Evaluation of New System
New System Implementation
Data Migration, Training, etc
Job Requirement
Requirements
- University degree in the relevant discipline.
- Above 5 years of work experience in the relevant technology area
- Strong business process, analytical, systems and design thinking skills.
- Good oral and written communication skills with the ability to interact and communicate effectively with end users and vendors.
- Experience in Application Systems support and maintenance.
- Knowledge and experience of SDLC, RDBMS and SQL.
