Degree in Architecture, Civil & Structural Engineering, Mechanical & Electrical Engineering, Building Science or Quantity Surveying from a University recognized by the respective Professional Bodies or Professional Institutions.
At least 5 years of practical experience in the management of building (e.g. new building, R&R and A&A projects) or infrastructure (e.g. road, drain, sewers, services diversion) projects with contract value of $5 million and above.
The PM must be familiar with PSSCOC.
At least 2 years of relevant working experience or involvement in Integrated Digital Delivery (IDD) for project delivery and built environment industry.
