To carry out inspection of client properties including returned properties and all follow-up actions to monitor and report compliance with requirements provided by Client and that the premises do not infringe authorities’ requirements, including but not limited to:

a)Non-compliance to statutory requirements, e.g.

– Unapproved building works and any additions/alterations,

– Fire Safety Hazards,

– Unapproved usage or change of usage of premises,

– Illegal activities in premises e.g. illegal dumping, gambling, etc,

– Unapproved worker’s dormitory;

– Unapproved sales of diesel;

b) Unapproved subletting;

c) Encroachment;

d) Poor Maintenance/Housekeeping; and

e) Unauthorised reclamation.

Working Timing : 8.30 AM to 6.00 PM

Working Location: Island Wide
