Reporting & Accountability:

 Serve as the primary point of contact between CSC’s & AV-IT

team.

 Proficient in AV (Audio-Visual) systems: microphones, mixers,

projectors, IDPs, digital signage, video conferencing (Polycom,

Logitech, Cisco).

 Skilled in IT systems: laptops, tablets, networks, connectivity

troubleshooting, and firmware/software patch management.

 Familiar with Zoom, MS Teams, and hybrid setup technologies.

 Supervise AV-IT setup, preventive maintenance, and incident

management.

 Approve equipment readiness for training, meetings, and events.

 Ensure proper documentation of inventory, software licenses, and

corrective actions.

 Conduct quality control checks and participate in annual audits.
