Job Description
The Services required are set out as follows:
– Set up AV equipment for all school functions/ activities, including contact time, staff meetings and morning assemblies
– Maintain all AV hardware and repair equipment
– Maintain and update AV hardware and software (e.g. video editing) inventory, including condemnation of equipment
– Maintain a weekly progress log of repairs and services
– Assist in the procurement of AV equipment, accessories and consumables
– Assist in photography and videography
– Supporting of Personal Learning Devices
– Conduct AV training for staff and students
– Conduct bi-monthly maintenance for standard classroom AV equipment
– Other ad-hoc duties required by the school
