Responsibilities

Plan, coordinate and attend to all requests to support internal and external major meetings, webinars, events, recordings and video production. Understand user’s requirement and provide technical support accordingly.
Plan, set up and operate the control room and studio equipment for live events or recordings.
Collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders to help facilitate the creation and post production of multimedia content.
Conduct regular preventive and corrective maintenance works to ensure the systems are in good working condition, whilst keeping an up-to-date inventory for audit.

Job Requirement

Requirements

  • Minimum Diploma in Media / Mass Communications / AV or equivalent.
  • At least five (5) years of relevant experience in broadcasting and live production or AV and VC operation and maintenance with supervisory responsibility.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, After Effects, Premier Pro, Creative Suite, video and photographic skills.
  • Good understanding of hardware (cameras, video switchers, lighting, sound) and software (TriCaster, OBS, vMix) needed to run professional videos and live streams.
  • Experience with filming equipment and studio production, with working experience on production sets or part of a production team.
  • Experience in Project Management of large-scale AV implementations.
  • Proficient and experience with AV and VC systems (Crestron/Extron/Cisco/Bosch).
  • Up-to-date on new broadcasting, AV and VC technological developments.
  • Good writing and interpersonal skills with a customer-oriented mindset.
