Job Description

Job scope:

1. Inventorise (barcode) audiovisual (AV) records.

2. QC inventorised AV records.

A general description of our inventorising (barcoding) workflow

Inventorisation (work in pairs)

1. Person A scans the barcodes and read out the accession numbers (our serial numbers) and source numbers.

2. Person B will work on the Excel file and type out the accession numbers and source numbers.

QC (work in pairs)

Person A will read out the barcode numbers, accession numbers and programme title.
Person B will look at the Excel file and check that the information is correct

Location: *Former Ford Factory ( 351 Upper Bukit Timah Rd, Singapore 588192 )*

Working Hours: 8am-5pm
