Job Description

Responsibilities

To ensure patient safety at all times with zero fall incidents
To ensure safety of all staff and vehicle at all times.
To Check and ensure the correct identity of patients before transporting the patient to and/or back to the designated venue.
To assist in the complete transfer of patient from pick-up point (ward/clinic) to designated location.
This includes the loading and unloading of patient onto and out of the vehicle
To send any accompanying hospital staff back to the hospital for two-way trips unless otherwise specified by the accompanying staff
